November and December Charity of the Month–Extended through January

This month Little Readers USA has selected KinderCasa in Norwalk, OH for the Charity of the Month. KinderCasa’s Mission: “Each child is a precious gift from God. At KinderCasa Preschool, we realize the importance of lovingly encouraging the uniqueness, creativity, curiosity, and self-esteem of each child.

Our goals include:

Provide a free, developmentally appropriate, Christian preschool with an emphasis on learning to understand and speak English.
Provide a warm, happy learning environment in which the children grow and develop kindergarten readiness skills.
Offer opportunities to develop fine and gross motor control, the ability to express questions, needs, thoughts and feelings in English, and the belief of being loved and valued as a creation of God.”

Kinder Casa Preschool receives its 501C3 tax exempt status under the auspices of Norwalk Catholic School. It is staffed by volunteers and is funded entirely through tax deductable community donations. They need the community’s help to remain open. Besides books, KinderCasa has a need for grant money or private donations to cover expenses for student supplies, teacher supplies, office expenses, and transporation of the children to and from school.

Little Readers USA is looking for your help to donate towards all these needs. You can buy books to donate directly to the school or you can shop under the Charity of the Month eFair and your purchases will earn KinderCasa FREE books. Or if you wish your donation to be anonymous, please contact me.

KinderCasa needs your help to remain open this year. If you or your business organization would like to donate to KinderCasa to help with their operating expenses, please contact me. Every little bit helps so please consider donating to help these students keep their school open.
