Main Street Intermediate will be having an Usborne Books & More Book Fair from April 28 to May 5. The Book Fair will be open for students during school hours April 28–29 and open to parents on the evening of April 29 at the Main Street Intermediate Open House/Art Show/Ice Cream Social at 7 pm.

All students will be filling out Wish Lists to bring home once they visit the Book Fair with their class. There will be 3 different level order forms included with the Wish Lists that can be filled out and returned to school, no later than May 5th.

You may also shop online and direct ship your books anywhere. There will be an online eFair to go along with the Book Fair. Go to the right column and click on the Main Street Intermediate eFair, under Active eShows and eFairs. This will take you into the store to begin shopping. You will have the choice to direct ship your books (shipping charges apply) or to hold your shipment to come to the school with all of the Book Fair orders (no shipping charges). Books will be delivered to the school to send home with the students. Parents can call or e-mail me if they wish to have books held for parent pick-up.

Your purchases from the Book Fair will help to earn FREE books for Main Street Intermediate. You may also donate a book to a classroom or the library. Once you enter the Main Street Intermediate eFair, you can search under Wish Lists by any teacher’s name. If you can not find your teacher’s name under the wish lists, please pick a book for the library. The Library Wish List is under “Sue Haines“. Also look under “Explorers Main Street” for the Wish List for the Explorers class at Main Street Intermediate. Please contact me with any questions.

If you missed the Open House/Art Show night, you can still come see all the Usborne and Kane/Miller books for the Book Fair. Little Readers USA is at the North Coast Flea Market this weekend, May 1–2. My booth is open 10 am to 6 pm Saturday and Sunday. Just stop by and let me know you are shopping for the Main Street Book Fair. You can also turn in your order form while there. If I have your wish list books on hand you can take them home this weekend. If not your order will be brought to school once all the Book Fair books are in.
